"I bought a 2008 Ultra Classic from Renegade Harley in Alexandria, LA on April 20, 2008. The staff at the store are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The salesman I had, Jimmy A was super helpful and answered all my questions. The parts department goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with your parts and accessories. The service department is second to none. I have owned 15 motorcycles in my life including my last bike which was a 2001 GoldWing. The Harley Ultra may not be as fast, but it is much more comfortable and it is a MOTORCYCLE, not just a ride. I have put 10,000 miles on it in less than 4 months including a two-up 850 mile day and I am truly amazed. Great bike! Great dealer!

"We would like to thank everyone at Renegade HD for making us feel like family.They really can make your dreams come true.We purchased our 1st Harley from Todd Nitz,what a guy he is.Todd handled everything from the Internet Inquiry to SOLD out the door with extreme professionalism.I inquired about several different models on 06/30/08.On 07/01/08 I received a call from Todd we discussed several different options.I decided on an Ultra Classic Todd sent me some pictures that I requested on the bike.I received a call back from Todd on what I decided on the bike after looking at the pictures, and I told him I liked it that was the one for me.He took my info over the phone and in less than a couple of hours,Todd called me back and ask me when I wanted to take delivery of my new Ultra Classic.To be honest I was speech less for a moment,my dream had finally came true.I told Todd I would pick the bike up on July 3rd 2008.On that day my wife and I took the (3)hour trip to Renegade HD.When we arrived Todd somehow meet us in the parking lot to greet us.I was very impressed with the hospitality we received from Todd and the rest of the staff.The facility had a very nice layout and very clean,nothing but professionalism here.Todd took us to see the bike we picked out.He went over the bike from front to rear pointing out fearures and controlls.Todd was very informative and knowledgable.I told him lets close this deal out.He ask his people to load my new bike in the trailer and tie it down for me.I couldnt believe this was really happening before I signed a thing.Melissa and I went up to Todd's office and took care of the final deal before signing.While Darren was getting the paper work together for signing off.Todd new I had allready purchased insurance on the bike but offered to check prices for me with some of his contacts.We checked and my insurance was right inline with his contacts on price.Very nice gesture I thought,these folks really believe in customer service.Melissa and I then meet with Darren to finish the paper work up.We were equally impressed with Darren extremely knowledgable and informative.Again the customer service is unbelievable.He toured us thru the facility and introduced us to all the staff in each department.Everyone we meet treated us like family.I'am very proud to say we are apart of the family now.I would fully recommend anyone looking for a bike or just great customer service you need to contact Renegade HD.This has been the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had.I will be looking forward to the next bike purchase for my wife or son.In the meantime we are looking forward to doing business in the apparel,parts,and service departments.

"Just to begin I would like to thank everyone at Renegade for all their help in the purchase of my new VRSCDX. I was told by a friend "Mad Dog" to go see theses guys and they will give you the best deal possible for your old bike. For years i put it off. But recently I visited their web site and seen the Night Rod Special and decided to ask for a quote. Within an hour I was contacted by TODD NITZ and asked to "Bring the bike in we will get it done." When we arrived it was closing time but the staff stayed later to close the deal. They even let my kids sit on a West Coast Choper which my 2 year old loved. When it came to purchasing a new helmet to go with my bike I delt with Jessica. They didn't have the helmet in my size so Jessica said she would come in on her day off to track another one down and get it to me as soon as possible. Over all the entire experience was great and i will return if I ever want another bike down the road -- THANK YOU SO MUCH ALL THE THE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THAT WORK AT RENEGADE."

"I have traveled to Daytona,Orlando, Tallahasse, Hammond, Baton Rouge Harley Davidson Dealerships and Alexandria, Louisiana Dealership has the best Ladies and Mens bathroom. From the raised metal wall paneling, the black stalls, to the rubber mats to the very clean looking, add a little orange and it will bleed black and orange.
The Garage Party was awesome, informative, the food was great learned alot. Next year we would like a Garage Party t-shirt. "

"I just wanted to share my experience with everyone.Let me tell you if you are looking for a new or used bike no matter where you live Renegade is the place to go. I called other Harley shops, but when I called Renegade from the very first time I knew it was the place to go. James my salesman was just great(THANKS JAMES). I called on a Tuesday morning, by early that afternoon I could have picked up the bike.James was not a pushie salesman he told me about alot of different options but in the end I made my on decision. I went to Renegade that Saturday everything was ready to go they even treated my kids like family. "i have to admit im not the easiest to please, so when i decided that i was ready to purchase a new bike i was concerned on how renegade harley was going to treat me. it is really hard to put into words how the whole process went. i arrived at renegade after a 2 hour drive, oh and did i mention i had my 10 month old daughter with me, ok well when i got there i was greeted openly by CINDY NOLAN. what i thought was going to turn out to be a crazy day, ended up being a smooth day. the sell was agreeable, the process was fast and percise, my daughter had a blast running around the place (i was nervous) but all in all long story short i LOVED my experience at renegade! "Since gasoline prices have gone up, fuel costs have become a BIG issue. My husband and I started talking about the possibility of switching to motorcycles for transportation to work. We first stopped by Renegade in mid-May 2008 to take a look around. When arriving in the showroom we were greeted by Cindy Nolan who answered every question that we had (and they were many). We signed up for the Riders Edge program and attended the June 5 - June 8 class with Darla and O.E. H., and Brian G. I never believed that I would be able to ride a motorcycle, but thanks to Darrin Cassidy, I am now able to ride. On June 13th, we returned to Renegade and I found my bike. Cindy was there to make the purchase easy and her husband delivered the bike to my house the next Monday. I haven't riden to work yet, but am practicing to get more confidence to do so.

"Last weekend, I came into Renegade for the usual Saturday get together. SOMEhow, I ended up trading in my 04 FXST for a 105th Anniversary Softail Deluxe. I have to say, I LOVE the new scoot. What helped complete the impulse buy (not that I'm complaining) was the staff there. Greg, the salesman, was extremely helpful and when I didn't feel the deal was at the level I wanted, he did what he could to bring the amount down to what I wanted to pay. Sean down in parts is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgable, most courteous individuals I've met in any parts or service counter in ANY dealership, motorcycle or truck (cars are for wimps). I've been to dealerships from Alaska and the Yukon territory to Orlando, and Renegade is definitely one of the top 3 I've ever been to. I don't want to out other dealerships, but some have had very little selection of bikes, motorclothes, or a service department that really had no clue what they were doing (for example, one never did pre or post service walk arounds, and they failed to install over $600 in accessories that I special ordered...good job guys!). I haven't had ANY problems here. From the customer service and great attitude I receive from everyone at every department (the motorclothes girls rock!) I really doubt I'll EVER have a problem."

"Renegade HD used to have a reputation as being hard to deal with when it came to the purchase of their motorcycles. I use the phase in the past tense because as far as I am concerned, this is just simply not the case any longer. I was the proud owner of an 04 Road King that took me on many adventurous miles including California and Daytona Beach. The time had come to see about getting into an 08 Ultra Classic and so I began my pursuit by emailing Renegade HD for a quote on one of their dark blue pearl models. I received a timely response from Todd Nitz to let me know that they, in fact, had two and both were outfitted with additional options. I knew that in order to see if this was something that I could swing, I had to take my bike in to see what kind of trade-in value I would receive. I made my way to the dealership on a Saturday at lunch so they were busy, to say the least. I asked for Todd and went upstairs to look at the Ultra Classics. Todd met me and said we should go look at my bike and the general sales manager, Darren, came downstairs with us. I had a price in mind and when Darren asked what I wanted for it I told him and he said, Sounds good to me. Was this the same Renegade HD that I had heard so many stories about? Not at all. I also let Darren know that my credit was not pristine and he said that I shouldn’t worry as he would speak with HD Credit directly. I went back upstairs, filled out a credit app and went back to work. I received a call from Todd less than two hours later wanting to know when I wanted to pick up my new Ultra Classic. I was actually speechless as I was pretty sure I would not get past the credit app. I went back down to Renegade HD later that afternoon and it was Darren who actually sat down with me and processed the paperwork. He was adamant about going through each line to make sure I understood all of the figures and all of the options available to me.
Throughout this whole process Todd Nitz has been a true sales professional. He has paid strict attention to every detail and has followed up on every discussion, question or concern I expressed.
I have also had the opportunity to bring my brand new 08 Ultra Classic in to service to have the security system installed. Speaking of professionals, you look up the word in the dictionary and there is a picture of Robert from the service department.
What’s the bottom line here? If you are looking to purchase a new Harley Davidson then you need to go to Renegade Harley-Davidson.

"Headed home from 2000 mile road trip, pulled in with bad wheel bearings. Bike was imediatly and promtly repaired. All work was covered under waranty, no questions asked, and we were back on the road in short order thanks to Chris and the guys in the service department. "On our annual ride into Louisiana with our group my brother picked up a nail in his back tire. It couldn't be repaired so we called Renegade to see if they had a tire. They did and we had the bike hauled to this dealership to be repaired. The guys in the shop dropped what they were doing and went to work on the bike as soon as it arrived. Even though it was closing time they had the new tire on the scoot in less than one hour. The girls up front were super nice and the owner offered us advice on where to stay and eat on our visit to Alexanderia. Thanks Renegade on making a bad situation turn into a good one. The next time I buy a new scoot you will be the first I contact. It's sure nice to know we have dealerships that take care of the brother on the road. You guys have one hell of a good thing going. Thanks again."

"I would like to start by thanking them for taking time in geting all my questions answered in the period of 3 days of off and Q&A. With out thier patience and letting me work in my on time frame i would not have purchased my 2008 Road King Classic with Renegade.I visited a dealer half mile from my office and was asked if i was going to purchase that day and when i replied i would not but will within a week after getting some information.Two salesmen at same dealer ship walked off when i informed them i would not purchase that day and was told when i was ready to come see them.So i drove north 80 miles and 45 from my home to Renegade. Brad gave me about 6 hours (off and on) of his time.It is my first Harley so i wanted to get it right.
2nd I would like to thank Chris Lemone and his team.I have a saddle bag that after the first week started showing and ugly imprint. After he spoke with Harley they informed him that they would not replace the sadle bag due to it is cosmetic. But Chris will replace the saddle bag on behalf of Renegade now that is service!!If you are looking for a Harley you would be a fool (unless you get one free) not to purchase at Renegade.
Every one at Renegade makes you feel as you have known them for years and when you return for any reason it is like going home.
